Leather Cleaning

We clean many different types of leather finish, including pigmented, anniline, semi anniline, nubuck and suede to a high standard. It is very important that the leather cleaner knows which type of leather finish he is dealing with, using the wrong cleaning method could have disasterous results.

The majority of leather furniture is pigmented, typically cream, black or brown but may come in lots of different colours. As well as cleaning it to a high standard, we can also restore your leather furniture by carrying out colour repairs, so if you leather is scratched or worn we can restore it.

We can aslo redye anniline finished leathers which have faded due to wear and the draining effect of UV light.

Nubuck and suede are more difficult to clean due to their very high absorbency and we recommend a protector is applied when these leathers are new. In fact we recommend leather protectors are applied to all types of leather as this will increase their life and reduce the likelyhood of permanent staining.
